Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the approximate time investment?

In general, we recommend entrepreneurs set aside at least two hours a day to grow their business.

Plan on two hours (to be safe! We like to give you all we have!) for weekly training sessions. At minimum, including calls/lessons, you want to dedicate four hours each week to this program. Variables such as the time it takes to make decisions will be entirely up to you. However, you will have a coach and team to push you through to keep up momentum.

When are the weekly group training sessions and how do we meet?

For nine months of the year, we meet over Zoom on Thursdays for 90 minutes at the times below. Replays are available the next day and will be shared in the community portal and via email.

How qualified are you to guide me?

Tanya is a certified coach and consultant that has worked in business strategy, development and marketing for over 18 years. Working alongside Grammy nominated artists, million dollar start-ups, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and retail at both national and international level with brands such as Nestle & Wholefoods, she has a full spectrum of experience in all the options of creating a successful business.

Kristina is a entrepreneur and has over 15 years of integrated marketing experience, advocating for the voice of the customer at major universities, non-profits, healthcare companies, farms, and small businesses. She has worked in all areas of sales and marketing and has guided countless clients through the creation and implementation of marketing and business strategies.

We love strategy and are passionate about helping our clients grow their business without burning out.

Where is the community hosted?

Your materials and replays will be available through our community platform on Mighty Networks.

What is your refund policy?

We will do our best to make reasonable accommodations should any circumstances arise that inhibit your your participation in the program. These will be determined on a case-by-case basis. As a standard in coaching and information products, this is not a refundable program. The sale is final. You should not invest in this program if you are on the fence.

What about the other three months of the year? Will I still be supported?

Yes! You will absolutely still receive 12 full months of support. Even during our breaks, you will receive support via Office Hours (the 4th week of every month) and Check-ins. We observe Summer Break in July and August and Winter Break from mid-December to mid-January.

We believe that rest is a big part of entrepreneurship. We build "breaks" into our program that allow you to spend time more time doing things outside of your business. You can find our breaks below.

What happens during weekly check-ins?

If you are in the M360 Momentum tier, you will have access to weekly check-ins. You will complete a form with questions and your coach will send you a recorded response. These check-ins are powerful they help you stay focused and get unstuck when you need it.

What happens during on-demand check-ins?

If you are in the M360 Blueprint or Elevate tier, you will have access to two, 30-minute, private on-demand check-ins throughout the year. We like to think of them as life lines! Whenever you direction or support, you can schedule your two sessions. Before your sessions, you will complete a form that your coach will review prior to your call.

What happens during monthly and quarterly check-in sessions?

If you are in the M360 Elevate tier, you will have access to 12, 30-minute, private monthly check-ins.

In the M360 Momentum tier, you will have four, 30-minute quarterly check-in sessions throughout the year.

Before your sessions ,you will complete a form that your coach will review prior to your call.

What are strategy sessions like?

We have found that it takes about one to two 60 minute strategy sessions to help clients map out their business strategy. The M360 Momentum tier offers two private strategy sessions and the M360 Elevate tier offers one private strategy session.

These deep sessions usually take place when we start working together. Before each strategy session, you will complete a form that your coach will review prior to your call. You will end your session with a strategy and action items for implementation.

What do you mean when you say I will get a personalized training track?

After you complete your M360 onboarding, regardless of your tier, we will send you a list of workshops from our Training Vault that you can watch on-demand.

We will curate a personalized training track for you based on your business goals and what you need help with. Training workshops include everything from productivity, sales, marketing, and more. Our workshops are designed to provide actionable insights - no fluff!

Who is Mastery 360 for?

Mastery 360 Membership is the next step for entrepreneurs who've laid their business foundations with our Ready for Profit program or those who've already established their strategy and are looking to scale.
